Nothing much to report today.
I saw Michael Bublé yesterday in concert which was cool. He was very good but I was also dying of period cramps so I didn't enjoy myself as much as I could have.
Then afterwards I saw a horrifying email on my phone that my accommodation in Germany had been fucked up and I was so fit to cry. Its ok tho I got it sorted today, just means me n my boyfriend will have a little less floor space but I'm sure we'll cope. Plus its a cheaper room so it's like lose 5m2 floor space gain €50 extra each a month in our pockets. I'm personally happy to have the extra 50.
I'm looking forward to moving. I'm really looking forward to personalising our dorm as much as I can. I'm going to bring over some photos and postcards to hang up on the wall, and choosing one or two nice sets of duvet covers to put on our bed. Might even make some of my own art to put up. I love personalising things, I think that's something really great about having a website compared to just having a social media account. It's like a dorm room where you can personalise it however much you're able, only limit with a website is your skill level. Even from being young, I loved dress up games and Tomodachi Life and drawing and I think it was called the "Toy-Box" mode in Disney Infinity; anything where you had the freedom to make something unique to you.
I was also thinking about how I'm going to hobby when I get over to Germany. I'd say this website will be the only hobby I'll consistently keep up with as I won't have the space to bring anything like crochet or art stuff over with me. I'll also have my violin and I suppose I'll bring a book or two. Reality is I'll be working a lot of the time so I suppose I won't be too concerned with hobby-ing, but I'd still rather have a few things to do to keep the aul' brain stimulated as opposed to just resorting back to Youtube all the time.
That's kind of it, no major updates; just said I'd pour out my brain for a few minutes in good practice and habit.
