To be honest, I fell off the wagon bc I got overwhelmed :(
But I'm back now for the foreseeable!
Current project is the photowall, which I'm also hoping will aid in the layout of the homepage. Changed the plan from doing a whole seperate page for postcards bc I didn't see much point in having two pages dedicated to pictures. Vibe I'm going for is like witchitalk's "the wall" and a curated tumblr aesthetics blog. Idea is use my own images and some text posts that I find cool.
Also...speaking of tumblr..
I've made a new tumblr account.
I used to have one from when I was like 15 but I really haven't used it in like three years so I just nuked the old one bc it was old stuff I'm no longer interested in. I made it bc I was watching a lot of Strange Aeons and it's certainly more engaging than going on to Instagram to watch slop reels. Plus I've a few friends who are active on it so that helps.
Other than that I haven't been up to a whole heap. I was home alone all last week and last weekend I went to my boyfriend's mother's 50th birthday. It was also the first time I got to properly chat to his sisters and they were soooo nice. Also got talking to his older brother's girlfriend who was equally as lovely and met his nephew for the first time. This week just passed I played some tennis with my mam, which was the most exciting thing I did all week. Next week I'll be heading off to work at a German language summer camp, so this blog is probably going to fall a bit by the wayside again but thats ok. Do what I can, when I can.
That's kind of it for now.
